Beyond frustrating! No one at this office EVER answers the phone. Last time I tried to call, the phone didn't even ring before hanging up on me. When I do manage to get through and leave a message, no one bothers returning the call. Unable to schedule appointments or refill prescriptions. Forget trying to reach someone for my billing dispute. Since we are unable to communicate with the office, we have found another provider for this service.

I waited to see these people for 4 months. At the last minute they sprung a "Consent to treat" that contained a provision that I pay all their collection agency fees and all attorney fees in any circumstance. I pay my bills and have a great credit rating. I have never left a doctor not paying for what was given in the way of treatment. Giving anyone the ability to charge you anything without you having any recourse is ridiculous. I've been married. No thanks.

My senior mother had an appointment today at 10:30am , But she didn't make it to her appointment until 10:40am but they refuse to see her. She lives about 40 minutes away from Athens. She had to pay someone to bring her to her doctor's appointment my mother lives on limited income and has many health problems which she just recently gotten out of the hospital. So getting to the doctors was a challenge for her but she made it. Normally, a doctor's office gives a 15 minutes grace period but in this case they didn't. She was willing to wait but they refuse that the offer My mother has been an establish patients for over 4 years, Things happens but this one was unfair. I normally don't leaves reviews I like to handle things the right way. I had called the office asking to speak with the office supervisor but they had me on hold for 5 mins or longer. I just want them to have more passion and understanding for their patients, Like the patient would have when waiting in the lobby on them to see the doctor.

Medical malpractice at it's finest. I was seeing NP Holly Collier. I specifically informed her due to my genetic disease that lidocaine does not work at any dosage, it just burns and burns (I have had a bone marrow biopsy and many other procedures with lidocaine, it's a disaster every time). The nurse helping her told her this and Holly used the lidocaine on me against my will for a two site SFN biopsy after being reassured she would use an alternative like bupivicaine. The biopsies were excruciatingly painful that I as a grown man cried for a good 5 minutes afterwards, to which Holly coldly left the room without checking on me or apologizing. I am permanently distrustful of medical staff and have suffered permanent mental harm due to this. I suggest the office owners reach out to me to make amends. On a side note this office is complete trash. Dr. Wimpy, who oversees Holly, decided one normal MRA that was ordered for orthostatic headaches was final cause for me not having intercranial hypertension, even as my pulsatile tinnitus worsens (for background, my brain MRI with contrast suggested possible intercranial hypertension). I am going to seek out another provider for a second opinion. This office had better hope they hadn't let me sit with IIH for this long.

I called to get appointment so I can get my numbness in my hand checked out. But they won't see me because I was involved in a accident that's been over 7 years ago and the case has been settled and then lady just hung up on me. So if you want to be seen by these doctors then make sure if they ask about being in a wreck just say NO! The only reason for the 1 star is because it wouldn't let me post without it.

Excellent care from neurologist, Dr Taylor. Empathic, kind, and warm, and friendly. Also, she's a rare gem that her knowledge base is so vast that she can explain complex processes intelligible to a layperson. Recommend her and get on her waitlist. She also does calls herself to give you the results of tests. If you can get through all the papers that you got to sign (a lot) to get to Dr. Taylor, then it's worth all the effort.

My wife was a patient for two years. Horrible migraines sent her there to seek help . Initial consult with Dr. Poling went well enough for us to be comfortable. Fast forward 11/2 years and the migraines are getting worse and more frequent . After incessant prodding an mri was ordered . They TELEPHONED the result that she had had two small strokes and would need additional testing! No Dr. call, no appointments made, no attempt to address or calm the fears of my frantic spouse. In a follow up call, it was indicated that the strokes were my wife’s fault for not stopping estradiol patches . We were never told to stop them. We will never return to this facility. The standard of care was clearly violated in that it took them seven days to relay these results and then displayed no urgency in mapping out a plan opting to leave that for an appointment two months in the future. Carefully consider whether or not to become a patient here.
